  • Proof of Address – Utility Bill dated in last 3 months / Bank Statement dated in last 6 months
  • PPSN – P60 / P45, P21 Balancing Statement, Payslip
Lending criteria

Clear Credit Check

  • All other borrowings must be up to date.

Ability to Repay

  • A borrower must be able to afford the loan repayments, including interest, over the full duration of a loan.

Maximum Term

  • The maximum term for a Home Improvement Loan is 10 years.
